Marble Cheese Cake


Marble Cheese Cake  Recipe:
80g marie biscuit (blend finely)
80g unsalted butter
300g cream cheese
2 eggs
130g white chocolate
120g thick cream

1) Base: Mix marie biscuit and butter throuhly. Press evenly onto the base of spring form tin and leave in fridge for 1/2 hours.
2) Beat cream cheese untill creamy. Add egg, one at a time slowly. Mix until well incorporated.
3) In a seperate bowl add white chocolate and thick cream together and put to double boil until white chocolate melt.
4) Gently add white chocolate cream mixture into cheese mixture and fold the mixture until even.
5) Pour the mixture into the spring form tin.
5) Chocolate swirl effect: Mix butter, thick cream and chocolate powder evenly, then put into piping bag and pipe onto the cake.
6) Move the spring form tin to pre-heat oven at 180 degree and use double boil method to bake the cake till golden color.

Marble Cheese Cake 食谱
80g marrie 饼干(碎)
80g无盐奶油
300g忌廉芝士
鸡蛋2个
130g白巧克力
120g忌廉

1)低部:把饼干和奶油混合,然后按压在盆上并放在冰箱内冷藏1/2小时。
2)把忌廉芝士打成泥状后加入鸡蛋再继续打至均匀。
3)在另一个碗里,把白巧克力和忌廉混合然后煮至溶解。
4)慢慢的把白巧克力忌廉加入芝士糊里。然后搅拌至均匀后再倒入装有饼干的盆里。
5)巧克力图案:把黑巧克力和奶油混合均匀后放入挤花袋里,然后再蛋糕糊上挤出图案。
6)把蛋糕放入预热好了的烤箱用180度烤至蛋糕表面成金黄色。
7)蛋糕出炉后,待冷确后就可以冷藏了。
