My First Cupcakes ~ Almond & Banana Cupcakes~

I love cupcakes and wonder want to try baking for quite sometimes but don’t have oven at home. This makes me never start baking. Last few months I make a decision to get a cheap oven so that I can start baking.

Let’s see my second batch of cupcakes. The first batch was simple vanilla cupcakes without icing but it still tastes yummy. This was my second batch of cupcakes, there are two flavors: - banana and almond.

The almond’s cupcakes were served with orange butter cream icing. I love this combination but my brother said he don’t like it. I am so sad that the icing is so ugly. Anyway this is my first time piping flowers and I will try harder next time. I shared it with my church members and they said it’s yummy but kids can’t accept the taste. Hahaha…

My banana cupcake without icing was good because in few minutes time my banana cupcakes were gone. My dad keep on finished it once the cake just out from the oven J. My dad said it taste good when it’s hot… but I not allow him to eat anymore after 6 pieces leftover. I told him I want to bring back to KL to let my brother try it and he said “You just care for your brother’s only!” Hahaha… Comments from my church member are a bit too sweet. Next time I will try to add jack fruit with it. Hope it taste good too.
